Bagaimana membuat pesanan di laman web ini?

1. Klik butang "Add to Cart"  atau "Buy Now" pada produk yang anda ingin membeli.

2. Klik "Continue Shopping" untuk terus menambah produk lain  atau klik "Checkout" untuk meneruskan pembayaran anda untuk produk yang anda pilih.

3. Masukkan Email anda jika sudah berdaftar atau pernah membeli di laman web kami.

4. Jika anda tidak mempunyai akaun lagi, anda perlu mendaftar akaun sebelum anda meneruskan bayaran anda .

5. Masukkan NAMA , ALAMAT dan NO.TELEFON dengan betul.

6. Kemudian pilih kaedah penghantaran anda dan klik "Continue Shipping Method"

7. Pilih "JNT" untuk penghantaran secara pos.

8. Pelanggan boleh masukkan Coupon / Voucher Promosi di bahagian COUPON CODE atau VOUCHER CODE 

9. Klik "CONTINUE" untuk kaedah pembayaran

  • BANK TRANSFER ( UNTUK BAYARAN SECARA CASH DEPOSIT MACHINE )
  • TOUCH N GO E WALLET ( Pembayaran menggunakan E Wallet )
  • ONLINE PAYMENT ( Bayaran secara terus menggunakan perbankan online )

10. Klik "PLACE YOUR ORDER" untuk sahkan pesanan dan membuat bayaran.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here

 

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.

2. Click Submit.

3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send an email to our customers service email at admin@permataherba.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
